SAR development for flame detectors
MAR consulting AS developed a safety manual/ safety analysis report (SAR) for a family of flame detectors supplied by a leading Swedish supplier. The estimated failure rates were based on the failure modes, effects and diagnostic analysis (FMEDA) workshop facilitated at the client’s premises based on their experts’ and developers’ experience.
